My stay at The Savoy Hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The staff's warm hospitality stood out, especially during check-in, and the breakfast served was absolutely delicious with a great variety. However, I had some issues with the room's maintenance, which didn't meet the standard I expected from a five-star hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but there's room for improvement.
